Booking Requests

All reservations submitted through the Trust Rentals website are treated as Booking Requests and are not automatically confirmed.

A reservation becomes valid only after it has been reviewed and confirmed in writing by our reservations team via email, WhatsApp or another official communication channel.

Submitting a Booking Request or receiving an automatic confirmation email does not constitute a confirmed reservation or a binding rental agreement.

Cancellation by the Customer

Customers may cancel a confirmed reservation free of charge up to 5 days before the scheduled pickup date.

For cancellations made less than 5 days before pickup, Trust Rentals reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee or retain any deposit paid, depending on the booking conditions.

If no cancellation notice is received and the customer does not appear at the agreed pickup location and time (No-Show), the reservation may be cancelled without refund of any deposit or prepayment.

Cancellation by Trust Rentals

Although every effort is made to honor all reservations, Trust Rentals reserves the right to decline or cancel a Booking Request or confirmed reservation in exceptional circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Vehicle unavailability.
  • Unexpected mechanical failure.
  • Force majeure events.
  • Safety or legal reasons.
  • Incorrect or incomplete booking information.

Whenever possible, we will offer an alternative vehicle or rental solution.

If no suitable alternative is available, any payment already received will be refunded in full. Trust Rentals shall not be liable for any indirect costs, including accommodation, transportation, flights, loss of income or any other consequential expenses.

Booking Modifications

Requests to change the rental dates, vehicle category, pickup or return location are subject to availability and must be approved by Trust Rentals.

Additional charges may apply depending on the requested changes.

Refunds

Where a refund is applicable, it will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.

Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and banking institution.
